Hello Marti! Your illustrations are really flawless - these tits remind me of works by Ian Lewington. Also, to be honest: When I browse your blog, the field sketches and watercolours are the ones that really make me stop and enjoy! I hope you'll not stop working with pencil and watercolour, because you are so brilliant!
Thank you very much Øivind. I am very flattered being compared to Ian Lewington! Anyway, I do hope to be able to go back to pencil and watercolour soon. Digital illustration is really useful for most illustrations, but traditional techniques still have something that I need in my painting. Thank you for your nice comments!
Me he alegrado mucho al descubrir tu blog.
I echo what Øivind has said! As a budding digital illustrator, I would really love to know what techniques you use to achieve your amazing results. It would be great if you could put a tutorial on your blog when you have some free time (!!!).
Thank you very much Fran, Dave and Jack for your nice words!
@Dave: My technique on digital illustration is rather simple; there are great artists using this media who achieve incredible results. There is one spanish bird illustrator who regularly uploads tutorials; his name is Eduardo Rodríguez Marin and you can find his professional Facebook site with all of them. Anyway I'll be happy to upload a tutorial to the blog when I have some time, too.
Thank you Mans, Muchas gracias Jose Antonio. Gracias a todos por los comentarios! :-)
